General

Who do you work with?

Small and mid-sized businesses, farms, clinics, shops, non-profits and households across Huron County — and remote clients anywhere in Canada.

Where are you located?

Our office is at 2-28A Hamilton St E, Goderich, ON. We provide on-site service throughout Huron County and remote support Canada-wide.

What are your hours?

Monday – Saturday, 9 am – 6 pm. After-hours emergency support available — managed-plan clients get priority.

Do I need a contract?

No. Most work is one-off or prepaid. Managed IT plans are month-to-month after onboarding.

Support

How fast do you respond?

Requests are triaged as soon as they arrive. Most issues get a response within the hour during business hours and are fixed the same day.

Can you fix things remotely?

Yes — most software, email, account and printer problems can be solved remotely with a secure, one-time connection you approve.

Do you support Macs and phones?

Yes. Windows, macOS, Linux, ChromeOS, iPhone, iPad and Android are all supported.

Can you work with our existing IT provider or software vendor?

Absolutely. We regularly coordinate with ISPs, software vendors and in-house staff, and can take over support entirely if you prefer.

Repairs & Hardware

How long do repairs take?

Many repairs are done within one to two business days. Parts that need ordering usually add a few days — your quote includes an estimate.

Do you sell computers?

Yes — new, refurbished and custom-built computers, servers and networking gear, set up and ready to use.

What happens to my old computer?

We can transfer your files, then securely wipe and recycle the old device through certified e-waste channels.

Security & Privacy

Will you see my private data?

Only what's needed to do the job. We follow strict confidentiality practices and handle personal information in line with Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA).

Can you help with cyber-insurance questionnaires?

Yes. We help businesses meet insurer requirements like MFA, backups and endpoint protection, and complete the paperwork with you.

We think we've been hacked — what should we do?

Disconnect the affected device from the internet, don't pay any ransom, and contact us right away. Use the contact form and choose ‘As soon as possible’, or email us directly.
