How long do repairs take?
Many common repairs — software issues, virus removal, tune-ups and in-stock parts — are finished within one to two business days. Parts that need ordering usually add a few days; we'll give you an estimate with your quote.
Will I lose my files?
We take care to protect your data on every repair and will always tell you first if a repair carries any risk to it. If you don't have a backup, we can make one before we start.
Do you come to me?
Yes. We offer on-site service for homes and businesses across Goderich & Huron County, Ontario, and pickup and delivery on request. Many software issues can also be fixed remotely.
Do I have to approve the cost first?
